6.6/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a block away from Monumento a la Revolucion, making it easy to explore the best parts of Mexico City. However, the noise at night was a bit bothersome. The rooms were not up to par, with a persistent smell of mildew and lack of cleanliness, but on the bright side, the service was nice and accommodating. The dining experience was a letdown, with subpar food quality. Overall, a mixed bag of a stay.

Despite the issues with the rooms, the staff was nice and accommodating during my stay, even offering help with luggage after check-out.

6.0/10

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were mostly clean but had some stains on the bedding. The ongoing remodeling effort was noticeable, indicating efforts to improve. The decor, however, was very old-fashioned.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was mostly clean, although there were some stains on the bedding. They are in the process of remodeling, which is a good sign for future improvements, but the decor felt outdated.
Service
6.0
The service was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff struggled with Spanish, attributing it to the superiority of hotel taxis, which was a bit confusing. However, they did inform us that we could store our luggage after check-out, which was helpful.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was a bit lacking in terms of comfort but had some positive aspects. It was not the best, though it did offer free secured parking underneath. Being close to 7/11 and the monumental revolution Reforma added some convenience.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience had its ups and downs. While some aspects were enjoyable, like the service from an older gentleman, the quality of the food was inconsistent. Some dishes seemed reheated and not freshly prepared.
Facilities
The facilities seemed satisfactory, but not outstanding. There were no specific complaints or praises regarding them.
